What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. The specifics depend on the charter type—for example, twilight sails offer premium snacks and beverages, while business charters feature meeting amenities and specialized catering.
When should I make a reservation?
Booking 2–3 weeks in advance is advisable to secure your spot, particularly in the busy period from May to September. For corporate gatherings and private occasions, reserving 4–6 weeks prior guarantees more availability and time for personal touches.
What if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our highest concern. Unfavorable weather as decided by our captain will result in either a proposal to postpone the charter or a full reimbursement. We watch weather forecasts vigilantly and will inform you 24 hours ahead if the outlook seems adverse.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Absolutely, guests may bring their own refreshments and snacks on board. Our vessel also offers exceptional catering options and we can tailor menus to your liking. Please be aware, for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do you accommodate guests with accessibility needs?
We aim to be inclusive of all our guests. While some yachts are more accessible than others, please get in touch to discuss your particular requirements so we can suggest the most suitable yacht and make the necessary preparations.
What is your policy on cancellations?
Should a cancellation occur 72 hours or more prior to departure, a full refund is issued. If the cancellation is made between 24–72 hours before, a 50% refund is granted. If the cancellation takes place within 24 hours, the payment is non-refundable unless it's due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues from our end.
