2. Service Overview

InnovationInsightZone offers exclusive yacht chartering services, which include, but are not limited to:

• Yacht rentals for the day
• Evening cruises
• Business retreats
• Exclusive events
• Charters spanning several days

All offered services are subject to both availability and appropriate weather conditions. We hold the right to alter or suspend services as we deem necessary.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Requirements for booking a charter state that you must:

• Be 18 years old or more
• Supply truthful and complete details
• Make an upfront payment of the specified deposit as indicated in your booking agreement
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking is only secured upon the payment and our subsequent written acknowledgment. We retain the discretionary right to decline service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Charter bookings are contingent upon the accessibility of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We strive to accommodate your desired dates and times within reason.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All charges are presented in € and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Please be advised that prices may vary without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial Deposit: 50% of the total charter cost payable at the time of booking
• Remaining Amount: Due 48 hours prior to your charter's departure
• Incidental Charges (as applicable): Payable upon charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a selection of major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified bank checks. Our payment processing utilizes secure and encrypted methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• Above 72 hours from departure: Full reimbursement minus transaction fees
• Between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: Half the payment is refundable
• Under 24 hours from departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In situations where the captain deems the weather unsafe, the following options will be offered:

• Reschedule the charter to an alternative date at no extra charge
• Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is unachievable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If mechanical difficulties occur with the designated vessel, we will aim to provide an equivalent substitute. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

It is compulsory for all passengers to:

• Abide by all directions provided by the crew
• Utilize the safety gear when instructed
• Inform of any medical conditions impacting their safety
• Stay within the specified areas of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items below are not allowed on the yacht:

• Products made of glass
• Illegal substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Excessive non-alcoholic drinks (beyond reasonable consumption)
• Animals (except with prior authorization)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers must maintain a respectful demeanor at all times. A charter can be terminated pre-emptively without refund, should passengers engage in behavior that is threatening to safety or disrupts others' enjoyment.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our responsibility is constrained to the price you have paid for the charter. We are not liable for:

• Personal injuries incurred due to passengers' unwise actions
• Theft or damages to personal belongings
• Indirect, accidental, or exemplary damages
• Delays caused by weather or circumstances that escape our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance is maintained for our vessels and operations. Passengers ought to arrange their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter services denotes your understanding of the inherent dangers involved with marine activities and you assume the responsibility for your safety and wellbeing.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the right to adapt itineraries, paths, or schedules subject to meteorological conditions, safety needs, or operational demands. We pledge to deliver alternative experiences of similar value whenever possible.

9. Force Majeure

Events beyond our influence, such as but not limited to the following, shall exempt us from liability for any postponements, cancellations, or changes:

• Extreme weather events
• Calamities of nature
• Mandates from authorities
• Port discontinuations
• Technical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Handling of personal information is in accord with our Privacy Policy. By electing to use our services, you are consenting to the accumulation and utilization of your data as laid out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without our express permission.
